Exclusive wilderness concession in Northern Alberta! This region of Canada is producing some really nice "Northern Moose," ranging from 45" to 60" and carrying great mass! Only a limited number of hunters are booked to maintain a quality hunt. Most of the traveling is done on ATV's (4 wheel quads), which allows access into remote areas. During the 2003 "Calling Season," hunters were 71% (5 for 7) successful and harvested some really fine trophies...biggest bull sported a 55" spread!! Calling these monarchs of the North is truly one of the most exciting of all hunting techniques. The thrill of the chase comes together when one of these brutes steps from the dense forest. RATES: $4250 US (7 days, 1 on 1); $6000 US (10 days, 1 on 1). Add 7% GST to prices. DATES: September 24 - October 8. ACCOMMODATIONS: Tent camp accommodations. All meals during the hunt are included. LICENSE COSTS: Non-resident moose tag-$400 CAN; Wildlife Certificate-$50 CAN. TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS: Point of outfitting is La Crete, Alberta. Fly to Edmonton or High Level, Alberta and drive to La Crete. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: 50% deposit is required to reserve dates. Balance is due 60 days prior to the hunt and must be in certified funds. Cancellation policy-deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another hunter at outfitter's discretion. |

3500 square miles of exclusive outfitter concession in north central British Columbia! Hunt trophy Canadian moose during the rut with this resident BC outfitter. Terrain varies from gentle rolling foothills to the rugged Rocky Mountains with elevations ranging from 2200' to over 7500'. According to Fish and Wildlife Department's aerial surveys, for the past six years this area of British Columbia has sustained the highest density of moose in North America! The average bull squares approximately 46", although many trophy class bulls have been taken in recent years with racks measuring from 50" up to 60"!! Hunter success was 86% during the 2003 season with some really good bulls harvested...five bulls over 50" with the biggest scoring 196 B&C!!! Overall hunter success and shooting opportunity is consistent and extremely high year after year! RATES: Fall Moose (2 on 1, 10 days)-$4250 US, (1 on 1, 10 days)-$5250 US. Add 3.5% GST to prices. DATES: September 12-21, September 23-October 1, October 2-11. ACCOMMODATIONS: Main camp has two bunkhouses with wood stoves, shower house and a comfortable cook house for meals and lounging. Remote camps consist of frame construction cabin to tent camps. All meals during the hunt are included. LICENSE COSTS: Non-resident moose tag-$220 CAN; General hunting license-$200 CAN. Non-resident Firearm Permit-$50 CAN. TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS: Point of outfitting is Prince George, BC. Overnight stay in Prince George will be required and at your expense.
